NIGHT OF THE GREAT GURU!

December 18th 2009

Friday night saw Guru Josh make his long awaited debut in the historic city of Kiev and what a great time we all had. After a long flight we arrived in Kiev with heavy snow falling but the promotor soon had us snug in the limo and we had an interesting hour ride from the airport to our hotel in the centre of town. After an amazing Ukranian meal and believe me the Ukranian Bortch is the best soup in the world we went straight to the club where the Guru and Deva gave one of the best ever shows. The sponsers then entertained us until the early hours of the morning and about seven we crawled of to bed for a few hours sleep before our trip back. A huge thank you to all the guys at the Arena Team you looked after us splendidly and all of your team from the dancers DJ Gucci and Anton the sound tech were super professional we cant wait to come back! On the flight back we shared the plane with 50 young kids from the the special home set up for kids with no papa and mummy after the Chenobl disaster, it wasnt long before Josh had them whooping and cheering and singing then he gave out chocolates and as the plane landed in Barcelona we had the biggest cheer ever with everyone wishing each other a merry Christmas. It was a lovely and reminded us what lucky lucky people we are! Guru Josh and Deva send all our friends all over the world our best wishes for a happy and peaceful Christmas and we look forward to seeing you all in 2010
