A RIGHT ROYAL WEEKEND

Guru Josh has just returned from a wild weekend in Dubai and Bahrain where the royal red carpet was laid out in no uncertain terms. Upon our arrival we were greeted on the plane by the Shieks representive who passed our passports to his assistant and ushered us into the visiting heads of state waiting room where we were served refreshments. Ten minutes later we were led directly out of our state room into our limo and whisked off to our luxury palatial hotel. After an amazing dinner it was back in the limo and of to the Palladium a cross between a palace and an auditorium where at the press of a button three thousands plush seats magically come out of the walls and position themselves in less than five seconds. With DJ Afroboogie warming the crowd up Guru Josh took to the stage with six thousand young people including most of the states princes going wild! The Guru delivered just what the crowd wanted and then it was off to the afterparty with our own security in tow in their wild white range rover . The sponsers of the show none other than RED BULL were so pleased with the show that they want us to come back before Cristmas ! A huge thank you to all our new friends in Dubai for your wonderful hospitality we had a great time and we can not wait to come back! The next stop was Bahrain and as we had an hour to kill at Dubai airport we had a good look around Wow its no surprise that it has been constantly voted best airport in the world , its just stunningly beautiful. At Bahrain airport the red carpet was once again laid out for us  and in less than five minutes after landing we were whisked off in our limo to the incredible Bahrain exhibition centre where at least 15 sound tech guys worked for over an hour to ensure that the sound was perfect for our first ever show in this amazing country. The amazing hospitality continued with our star changing room suite which consisted off three huge rooms with our own bar and three stewards to see to all our needs , black marrble bath room with gold fittings and our chillout room with seven huge sofas. After we had done the tv and press interviews Josh delivered another amazing show with the crowd going wild for his new track Eternity. After the show it was straight back to Bahrains most exclusive hotel L'Hotel where we were staying where the promotor had put on a suprise party for Guru Josh and invited all the royal princes and their friends. As the champagne flowed one of the princes asked Guru if he would climb up on the bar with Deva our sax player and play Infinity. Deva went up to his room got his saxaphone and in less than a cats whisker they were both on top of the bar and the party went crazy everyone just going for it champagne being sprayed every where. At the princes table afterwards everybody had there photos taken with the Guru and the Prince personally invited Guru Josh to come and headline his party for the Bahrain grand prix 2010!
