With an all time record crowd and hundreds of dissapointed fans who could not get in Guru Josh started the Swiss leg of his World tour2010 with a super cool show featuring a lot of his new material and with the debut of the magnificent Amelia on vocals for our new smash hit Eternity. What an amazing year 2009 was we travelled all over the world from Moscow to Mauritius from Syria to San Paulo from Belfast to Beruit and the reception was always the same with the international language of music which knows no barriers winning over everyone. Some moments stand out like playing to 180,000 people in Moscow and meeting president Putin at the after party ,the great crowd at Astonbury, the stunning beauty of Rab Island in Croacia, being looked after by Pamela Anderson when we played in Beruits biggest ever concert at the Biel, the amazing reaction from all our Brazilian fans after our 15 city tour of that amazing country, travelling over 100 miles at top speed to play to thousands of teenagers in Kerry with the craziest driver we had all year,and off course a big shout to the lovely Nish who made our stay in Mauritius and our trip to Reunion Island so special. - [Read more...]

Friday night saw Guru Josh make his long awaited debut in the historic city of Kiev and what a great time we all had. After a long flight we arrived in Kiev with heavy snow falling but the promotor soon had us snug in the limo and we had an interesting hour ride from the airport to our hotel in the centre of town. After an amazing Ukranian meal and believe me the Ukranian Bortch is the best soup in the world we went straight to the club where the Guru and Deva gave one of the best ever shows. - [Read more...]

Guru Josh has just returned from a wild weekend in Dubai and Bahrain where the royal red carpet was laid out in no uncertain terms. Upon our arrival we were greeted on the plane by the Shieks representive who passed our passports to his assistant and ushered us into the visiting heads of state waiting room where we were served refreshments. Production will commence  at once with Kevin being given free access to the huge video and press archives which catalouge the amazing life and times of the Guru spanning his early days in Jersey his incredible adventures in London and the United States his worldwide travels to every corner of the globe and his eventual arrival in Ibiza where he created his own new Art opened a new concept in restaurant/art gallery and then twenty years after its original release Guru Josh's famous Composition and smash hit Infinity was remixed and went on to become the biggest dance hit in History . As the limo driver drove us along side the river that separates North Korea from the south he informed us that all the bridges leading to the south were heavily laden with explosives and should a northern invasion become imminent  the button would be pressed and the bridges would be blown away. Well when the Guru climbed on the stage of Seouls biggest event hall at the Coex Intercontinental he really blew everyone away. After a long long trip from Rumania Guru arrived in the town of Balamaseda and looking forward to a good sleep in the 17th century convent hotel was given a rude awakening to find a sixties style wedding reception going on with the Beatles and The Rolling Stones belting out at a supersonic rate of decibals. The Guru got into the mood and invited everybody to his show in the historic town square that night. When Vanilla the famous Italian chain of exclusive nightclubs decided to open a new super club in Romania the choice of act to ensure an amazing opening party was easy. After an exhausting trip from Ibiza to central Romania which lasted over 18 hours Guru Josh climbed straight out of the limo onto the stage and rocked the house. The Fuel festival in Singapore turned out to be one of our most amazing nights yet,  straight off the 12 hour flight on a private learjet from Moscow to Singapore  into the almost indescribable action that is the only night grand prix in the world, the smell of burning rubber the screaming of the F1 engines  the pits full of activity and celebrities. After twenty flights and 10 great shows in 10 great cities, Brasil was left in no doubt about what a party monster the one and only Guru Josh is!!!!!
